The upgrade would be from 288mm to 312mm on the front and 245mm to 255mm in the rear.  I found the slotted/x-drilled rotors on my forum at audizine through the classified section.  Basically a guy bought the upgrade kit from ECS Tuning and then sold his car.  The rotors were only test mounted so no actually wear/braking occurred.  The instalation took longer than I expected on the rear beause of the location of the lower caliper bracket 8mm allen bolts.  It was positioned about 1.25" from the bottom shock mount and prevent me from getting both the socket and wrench on the bolt.  But in the end it was all done and looks very nice.
